Image access
A secure web-viewer link accompanies each report. Request PACS access for your practice to see full-resolution images and priors.
Patient portal
Patients see their images at portal.aucklandxray.co.nz within hours; the written report is completed within 24 hours on working days and released to them after you have had time to discuss it.
Discs & prior imaging
Disc for a patient or specialist: $30, ready within a working day. Prior imaging from other providers: we can request it with the patient's consent.
Missing a report?
Call with the patient's name and DOB and we'll re-send it immediately.
